How long can I stay?+
From one month to a year or more. Our leases are flexible enough to fit work assignments, sabbaticals, or longer-term relocations. If your plans change, we're happy to adjust.
Do I need a guarantor or Japanese bank account?+
No. We handle the lease and all the paperwork on your behalf. There's no need for a guarantor, hanko stamp, or Japanese bank account.
What kind of support do I get?+
