How does the commission work?
You earn a commission once the lease is signed between HalfKey and the property owner. Commission details are discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the property. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the specifics.
Does the property need to be furnished?
Not necessarily. We can furnish and stage the property ourselves. What matters most is the location, condition, and size of the unit. Furnished apartments are a plus, but not a requirement.
What happens after I submit a property?
We'll review the property details and get back to you within 24 hours. If it's a good fit, we'll schedule a call to discuss terms and potentially arrange a viewing. From there, we move quickly to signing and onboarding.
